Niedzica Castle

A colourful legend holds that Sebastián Berzeviczy, an 18th-century owner with ties to Peru, married into the family of rebel leader Túpac Amaru II, and that Inca scrolls — in the form of quipu — encoding a treasure location were hidden in the castle; historians regard the tale as unverified.
